Observation

0145(1): licensor observed hazards in the outdoor area where the ground covering had uneven ground that can cause tripping hazards throughout the outdoor space. 0145(11): licensor observed one of the gate that is not used as a emergency gate not locked or self-closing and latching. 0145(6): licensor observed the outdoor fence not stable enough, when pulled on the fence it comes down which does not prevent the children from exiting the outdoor space.
